Manasa Nagaraj is the Director of Esha yoga. She even teaches Indian classical dance called Bharatanatyam, Artistic Director of Nrithyamanasa Performing Arts Center.
She is doing yoga from the age of eight and has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga under the guidance of Yogacharya Venkatesh(Director of Atmavikasa center for yogic science, Mysore) and her dance Guru Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy who is the pioneering disciple of late Shri Pattabhi Jois.
She came to know the importance of yoga in her life and her dance career.
she loves to meditate as she was connected with Art of Living- Sri Sri Ravishankar Guruji ashram.
Manasa loves to encourage people to meditate, follow their bodies and too light-hearted playtime while incorporating the philosophy, language, and history of yoga.
In her class, she focuses on meditation and make yoga accessible to everyone and to inspire others as she has been.
She truly believes that doing yoga strengthens and adds flexibility not only to the body but to the mind and everyday life as well.
Her hope is that others can learn to glide through the world saturated with stress.
