Mo-Han Fong is a certified yoga instructor with RYT200 certification, studied under the Joy of Yoga Program with Jennifer Prugh and Noell Clark. She is currently in the process of completing her RYT500 training.

Mo-Han has been exposed to mindful movement practices and Eastern philosophies including Taiji, Qigong, Yoga, at a young age. She considers yoga as an integrated mind-body practice that can promote overall wellness, physically, mentally and spiritually. In her class, Mo-Han supports her students in cultivating mindfulness and mind-body connection through guided meditation, asanas and breathwork. She also emphasizes on correct posture alignment and provides necessary posture modifications in her class, to help students derive maximum benefits and safety.

In addition to being a yoga teacher, Mo-Han is also a Holistic and Functional Health Coach. She has a Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition, and is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner (FDN-P) and a Certified Gluten Practitioner (CGP). She aims to inspire, educate and empower individuals and communities to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
